In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, we offer an extended withdrawal period of 30 days for all of our products, starting from the date you received  your order. If you opt for our 5-year extended warranty, this return policy would be extended to 45 days, allowing you an ample time to return your order for a full refund. We will also provide a DHL return label at no cost to you.

Yes that’s possible, the same timeframes apply as with our extended right of withdrawal. We are happy to assist you via chat, email, or phone in selecting and configuring your cirrus7.

Yes, we ship to several EU countries and Switzerland. Please inquire directly with us about other countries mentioned above.

Shipping is free for deliveries within Germany. Shipping to other EU countries costs €19.99. Shipping to Switzerland costs €39.

Your mini-PC will be built and tested according to your configuration and then shipped via DHL. The maximum time until the outgoing shipment is typically between 7 and 9 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product configurator.

Absolutely. Simply enter the Package station  near you instead of the street in the delivery address, and use the additional address field for your Postnummer (postal number).

We ship our packages through DHL.

We can ship via UPS upon request. Just get in touch with us about this. Shipping costs will apply (depending on weight).

We don’t generally recommend it.  The delivery via DHL takes no more than two business days within Germany. However, if you would prefer express shipping, please feel free to reach out to us, and we would be happy to assist you. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply based on the weight of the package.

We ship with DHL Paket. Your delivery driver is not allowed to simply leave your package at your front door, in the staircase, or in front of the garage unless consent is given. You can explicitly provide consent online after receiving the tracking link, for example. If you would like the package to be handed over only to you personally, please let us know in the comment field of your order. We will then send the package with the “Personal Deliveryoption. The delivery driver will only hand the package over to you or an authorized person.

Yes, that is possible, as long as the requested delivery date does not fall before our standard delivery time. Please enter your desired delivery date in the comment field when placing your order.

Yes, please contact us before placing your order, and we will be happy to write a quotation for your purchase. Typically, it is also possible to adjust the payment method after the online order.

We offer a 3-year warranty on all cirrus7 mini-PCs.

The warranty covers all defective components of the cirrus7 mini-PC, including the power supply, which may become faulty due to use of the device during the warranty period. It also includes the repair process and the shipping costs for sending the device both ways.

The warranty does not cover components that were subsequently installed by the customer. Excluded are defects caused by improper handling when opening, upgrading, and modifying the device, such as: bent socket pins, bent pins on the DIMM slot, disassembly of the case into individual parts, or a cracked motherboard due to the use of a power screwdriver.

No, the warranty does not expire. However, if a defect occurs due to improper installation, it is not covered by the warranty. Additionally, we do not provide a warranty for SSDs that were not purchased from us.

That depends on the defect. We typically repair minor defects within 2-4 business days after receiving the device from the shipping service.

Within the warranty period, the repair, including shipping in both ways, are free of charge. If the warranty period has expired, the cost depends on the defect. After inspecting the device, we are happy to provide a cost estimate that you have to pay.

Yes, you can install your SSD yourself. If it is an NVMe SSD, it may be necessary to remove the motherboard, depending on the model. We can therefore offer you the option to send in your SSD so that we can install it at the factory. Please note this in the comments field of the configurator.

No, but we are happy to offer you the option of installing your existing RAM and SSD if you send them to us beforehand.

No, we only offer complete systems.

We are happy to pre-install Windows 10/11 Home/Pro on your cirrus7 with all drivers and updates. You can then enter your own key under theActivationsection in the settings. Please note that you need one license per device, but you can transfer it from your old device that you are decommissioning. Please indicate in the comments field of the configurator which Windows version you would like to have pre-installed.
